Refund and Returns Policy


Please contact us before returning your item. Upon receipt of unapproved items, we will offer you a refund minus any applicable restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Pens not in new condition
  • Custom and/or personalized pens
  • Used or altered pen nibs
  • Used or altered piston converters
  • Damaged items
  • Items with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Used leather goods
  • Original shipping costs

There are certain situations in which we may not offer a full refund:

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

If you are not approved due to, but not limited to, any of the items above, you will be additionally responsible for return of the item to you. You can pay for return shipping and handling here. The item will not be returned until this fee is paid. Such items will be disposed of if return shipping is not paid within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you were approved but haven’t yet received a refund, first check your bank or credit card account again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It often takes a few business days.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first for approval.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided upon approval of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
